  2. Assessing credit worthiness of the buyer when offering credit

  4. Providing information to Sub-contractors for the purpose of installations or services
  5. Exchange of information with credit reporting agencies in the case of any trade reference/s named by the buyer
  6. In the case where the seller must collect outstanding debts from the buyer for services rendered through the sellers nominated credit control agency
  7. To obtain a commercial credit report (section 18k (1) (h) Privacy Act 1988)
